Processing & Production Times
In-Stock Framed Pieces:
Ship within 3-5 business days
Made-to-Order Prints:
2-3 weeks for production, plus shipping time
Custom Framing:
3-4 weeks for production, plus shipping time
Custom Commissions: 8-12 weeks (see Commission page for detailed timeline)
How Artwork Ships
All artwork ships via insured carrier with signature required:
Prints:
Rolled in archival tubes or shipped flat in rigid packaging
Framed Work:
Ships in custom crates with corner protection
Insurance: All packages are fully insured for replacement value
Shipping Destinations
Currently, Brooks ships within the United States only.
International shipping may be arranged for custom commissions or large orders—contact mallory@mallorybrooksphotography.com for details.
Local Delivery (Atlanta Metro)
Free delivery available for framed pieces over $1,500 within 25 miles of Atlanta. Inquire at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of limited edition fine art:
Limited Edition Prints:
All sales final (no returns or exchanges)
Open Edition Prints:
14-day return period if print is in original condition
Custom Commissions:
No returns (collaborative selection process ensures satisfaction)
Damaged or Defective Work: Full replacement or refund within 48 hours of delivery
Return Process for Open Editions
Eligible for Return:
- Open edition prints only
- Within 14 days of delivery
- In original condition
- Unopened, undamaged packaging
Not Eligible for Return:
- Limited edition prints (all sales final)
- Custom commissions
- Prints damaged due to improper handling
- Framed pieces (custom framing is non-returnable)
How to Return:

Package carefully in original materials
Ship via trackable, insured method - Refund processed:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Return Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
Open Edition Prints:
Can be exchanged within 14 days if in original condition. Customer pays shipping both directions.
Limited Editions and Custom Work:
Cannot be exchanged due to their exclusive nature.
Exchange Process:
- Contact us within 14 days
- Return original item following return process above
- Place new order for desired piece
- Customer covers return shipping + new order shipping
Damaged or Defective Items
What If My Artwork Arrives Damaged?
Inspect all packaging upon delivery before signing.
If damage is discovered:
- Photograph the damage and packaging immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours at mallory@mallorybrooksphotography.com
- We'll arrange replacement or refund
- Keep all packaging materials for carrier inspection
All shipments are fully insured.
Important: Do not discard damaged items or packaging until we've authorized disposal.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Viewing Work Before Purchase
We encourage viewing work in person at festivals or requesting detailed images before purchasing.
For open editions, the 14-day return period allows you to evaluate work in your space.
For limited editions and commissions, all sales are final due to their exclusive nature.
Custom Commissions
Custom commissioned work is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Commissioned pieces are created specifically for your project through a collaborative selection process that ensures satisfaction.
You'll receive digital previews before final printing for approval. Once approved and printed, the commission is considered final.
