Creative Film Engagement Shoot with Sarah & Ryan

Sarah and Ryan are a super fun, super cool couple who wanted some very untraditional engagement photos. Full of color, flair and personality, just like the two of them. When they reached out to me and described their vision, I knew it was a perfect match for my style and that I could help capture their love and excitement in a unique way. So that’s exactly what we did!

This was a two-part session where we first spent time at their colorful home with their sweet pup, Tofu, and then headed outside to two of their favorite haunts, Muchacho and the Atlanta Beltline, to grab margaritas and go for a spin on their new e-bike. I loved photographing these two—they were so open to being playful and enjoying themselves, I could have sworn they were actually models! The resulting images really reflect the fun of that day. I also love how trusting they were in my process: shooting only film and getting creative with it through souping and color washing. To say I’m obsessed with these photos is an understatement!
