Film Soup Creative Portraits with Ansley Stewart

I had the opportunity last fall to photograph the amazingly talented singer, Ansley Stewart. Ansley came to me looking for fun, colorful images she could use for her merch and upcoming album’s cover. Specifically, she wanted me to use my film soup technique to capture the whimsical energy of her music and personality. So, we took to a friend’s farm and had some photoshoot fun, complete with wine, chickens and lots of laughs. These are a selection of my favorite images from Ansley’s shoot, and you can see some of them featured on her new single’s album cover.
