A solitary palm transformed into electric pinks and rainbow gradients through experimental analog photography. Shot on film and processed using film soup—experimental chemical processes that create unrepeatable color shifts—this piece exemplifies how controlled chaos can elevate simple tropical subjects into arresting contemporary art.

The film soup technique creates chemical reactions that generate these intensely saturated neons and luminous color gradients across the negative. The electric pink palm against rainbow atmospheric effects emerges from physical interventions during development, producing visual intensity and color combinations that exist only through experimental analog technique.

From the Palm Abstractions collection, Electric Paradise series—where single palms become studies in bold experimental color.
